Subject: Participation in Campus Placement Drive at Govt. Polytechnic Bachhrawan

This is to inform all final-year diploma students (Mechanical, Civil, and other eligible branches) that a Campus Placement Drive is being organized at Government Polytechnic Bachhrawan, Raebareli.

Students from our institute are invited to participate in this drive as per the following details:

• Venue: Government Polytechnic Bachhrawan, Govindpur Osah, Maharajganj Road, Raebareli.
• Reporting Time: 09:00 AM sharp.
• Company Name: BANCO INDIA
• Date of Drive: January 23, 2026

Mandatory Instructions for Students:

1. Dress Code: Every student must report in the complete Sanjay Gandhi Polytechnic Institute Uniform. Casual clothing is strictly prohibited. Your appearance should reflect the professional standards of our institute.
2. Required Documents: You must carry a professional folder containing:
   1. At least 3 updated hard copies of your Resume/CV.
   1. Original and photocopies of all academic marksheets (10th, 12th, and all previous Diploma semesters)
   1. 4 recent passport-size photographs.
   1. College Identity Card and a valid Government ID (Aadhar Card).
3. Transport: Students are responsible for reaching the venue in Bachhrawan on time. The venue is approximately 60–70 km from Jagdishpur. 

Note: Only those students who meet the company’s eligibility criteria and carry the required documents will be allowed to participate
